Overall, the room could use some deep cleaning, and there are stains on the couch and some rips in the carpet. However, we are traveling with two dogs, and I know that hotels sometimes use specific rooms for people with dogs."

The staff has been kind and efficient each time which is very welcome after many hours in a car. "
