"The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not recommend this place."

"Very nice room overlooking the river which was very tranquil. Facilities were refreshing and the grounds of the resort nice, scenic and peaceful. Most of the staff like Nilesh was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for my enquiries."

"The rooms, staff and food are superlative. The staff was incredibly courteous and the buffet breakfast and dinner were simply scrumptious. Such hospitality is really hard to come by. Well done team Royal Hometel Suites! Thank you for your service."
