"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)"

The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. "If you are heading to Sendai, highly recommend this hotel. It has all the qualities that a traveler would want. Engaging and helpful staff. Spacious and immaculately clean room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pajamas provided fitted well and was nicely pressed. The hotel, a 2-minute walk from a subway station, is next to two 24-hour convenient stores. Can’t beat that!
