I took this on March 22nd in the Azores Islands, Portugal! It features Lagoa das Sete Cidades (Lagoon of the Seven Cities). This is a twin lake situated in the crater of a dormant volcano. It's one of the Azores' most beautiful and iconic spots! Before the construction of the bridge it was originally one lake. Now it is the "Green Lake" and "Blue Lake". And in the distance you can see the Atlantic Ocean! I actually visited it twice :). On the 2nd day it was much more foggy and cloudy but still very nice!! On both days there was a real feeling of serenity :). I also saw a couple of other lakes similar to this, too. A truly magical green island!!

"Luis went out of his way to be helpful to us. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. When we needed an electric kettle, he arranged it to appear in our room really quickly! He also gave us a really lovely room for which we were very grateful. It was a super stay, thank you."
