"The staff was not present for check in and we had to wait a long time. Despite great weather the staff did not open the pool. Broken shower door and broken furniture at breakfast. Staff refused to put out more breakfast despite many guests arriving 15 min before breakfast closed, so we did not get proper breakfast or even coffee. This place needs to rethink. "

The only concern was on our first night stay when the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm and there was no one there to direct the guests on what to do or where to go. After half an hour someone finally came and turned the alarm off. There was no response from the fire department!"
