"This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth.
Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms.
The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful.

We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer.
