"Room was great, very comfortable bed and pillows, and staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast and bar was also really nice."

"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests. I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down. On a positive. The location is amazing. "

"What a fantastic hotel! Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of the areas and attractions we wanted to see in Krakow. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend it. "
