Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

"Ocean El Faro had great pools with amazing lazy river, perfectly situated in the middle of the hotel complex. I enjoy staying there because it was a lot of shadow and was close to restroom and convenient snack bar. Our room was on 3rd floor and had very comfortable bed with firm but soft mattress. We also enjoyed our stay because our butler Kevin made that stay very enjoyable. He was sending us daily activities and helped to reserve dinners to great restaurants we went to. He always had a nice smile on his face and was making sure we were helped and satisfied."
