"The hotel had a scheduling issue and changed our reservation to the Hilton. I had requested a room with a view of the falls and was given that at an upgraded 4* Hilton at no additional cost. Plus, the concert we were in town to see was scheduled within the Hilton. Incredibly please with the Oakes Hotel service. "
"I really liked the hotel. Beautiful view of the falls and super central to all the attractions and places to visit. I was at the buffet and I really didn't like it. It had very few food options for being a Hotel **** is not well stocked. The pillows should be changed too soft, I had to put 3 to be able to raise the head. For the rest I recommend it and I would stay here again."
